Editorial and review policy

Your pet's health is a sensitive matter. Here is how we create, review and keep every piece of content up to date so you can trust what you read.

How we create content

Every guide starts from a real need of pet owners. We research the topic using recognised veterinary sources, write it in plain language and structure it to answer the main question first. We do not publish content without verifying it.

Veterinary review

Health content is reviewed by licensed veterinary professionals before publication. Their job is to verify that the information is correct, up to date and does not push decisions that should be made in consultation. When an article has been reviewed, we state it with the professional's name and licence number.

Sources we rely on

We draw on official veterinary guidelines and bodies:

  • WSAVA — Global vaccination guidelines for small animals.
  • AVEPA — Spanish association of veterinarians specialising in small animals.
  • Consejo General de Colegios Veterinarios — General Council of Veterinary Colleges of Spain.
  • AEMPS — Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products: veterinary medicines.
  • BOE — National and regional regulations on animal identification and vaccination.

The role of artificial intelligence

We use AI to organise information, draft texts and assist owners inside the app. But AI assists, it does not decide: no recommendation replaces a veterinarian's judgement, and all sensitive content goes through human review.

Updates and corrections

We review content periodically and update it when guidelines or regulations change. If you spot an error, write to us: we fix it quickly and appreciate the heads-up.
